Rotisserie Chicken BBQ Flatbread Pizza

Skip the fanfare of spinning and stretching raw dough—just cut to the chase with ready-to-eat pita flatbreads as your base for a BBQ chicken pizza flavor bomb. It’s ridiculously easy to assemble, and it’s even more fun to create personalized pies with your whole family for even faster prep.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce (divided use)
- 4 large pitas
- 8 ounces fresh mozarella, cut into thin slices
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix chicken with 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce. Set aside.
- Brush 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce on each pita. Top each with 1/4 cup chicken.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and red onion. Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce over pizzas.
- Place pizzas on baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with cilantro just before serving.
